How do I schedule a consultation session?
To schedule a coaching session, simply click on the "Schedule a Call" button and follow the prompts to select a convenient date and time.
What can I expect during the consultation session?
During the coaching session, you can expect personalised guidance and strategies tailored to your specific goals and challenges. We'll audit where you are today, address any questions or concerns you have, take you through the ancestral healing process and develop actionable strategies to help you overcome your challenges.
How long does a consultation session last?
Each consultation session lasts for two and a half hours and can sometimes last for 3 hours, depending on the depth of energy clearance that needs to be done during your session. But don't worry, you will not be charged for the extra 30 minutes, if your session ends up being 3 hours.
What if something comes up and I need to reschedule my coaching session?
You can reschedule your session 48-24hrs prior to your scheduled coaching appointment. Simply log into your client portal and follow the instructions for rescheduling your coaching appointment.
Will I receive any ongoing support after my session?
Yes. The day after your session, you will receive instructions of action points that you will need to do in order to fully close out your energy healing session. Once you have completed the action points, which only take a couple of minutes to do, you will receive ongoing support via email, phone calls or text messages depending on your preferred mode of communication.
Is this service refundable?
No. We currently do not offer refunds on any of our products or services.
