Venus Health Community

Venus Health Community exists to provide accessible, community-based education that supports individuals to better understand the relationship between emotional wellbeing, lifestyle, environmental factors, and physical health. The organisation aims to increase health literacy, self-awareness, and informed personal responsibility through non-medical, non-clinical guidance and learning.

The Community delivers workshops, talks, programmes, group sessions, and resources focused on:

- Emotional health and nervous system regulation

- Lifestyle-based and preventative wellbeing practices

- Mind–body awareness and self-inquiry

- Holistic approaches to resilience, vitality, and long-term wellbeing

Nurturing The Seed Within

Birthing mortalities worldwide are becoming increasingly alarming. That's why through our Mental Health training programs, we hope to encourage all professionals from the birthing environment to focus on the awareness, prevention and education of birthing traumas from inception to conception and beyond. We are open to collaborating, and partnering with all professionals working within the birthing environment, including but not limited to midwives, birthing doulas, obstetricians, nurses, lactation consultants, therapists, scientists, and birthing educators. We are also working on a program for educating expectatnt and existing parents on the importance of recorginsing and working on the challenges of their own birthing stories, with a view to reducing the spread of generational traumas to the unborn foetus.
